Schedule of Events (tentative)
Thursday - May 23
Trade Fair open to conference delegates in the afternoon from 2pm to 9 pm. Opening Reception from 6:30 pm to 9 pm.
Friday - May 24
Opening Plenary Session followed by Workshops, Trade Fair open to delegates and the public at large (9 am to 6 pm), and Silent Auction. Friday night special event possibility.
Saturday - May 25
Townhall and AGM followed by Workshops and Closing Banquet (Dance).
Full Registration Includes:
- Opening Reception on May 23
- Access to Trade Fair on May 23-24
- Access to all Plenary Sessions
- Access to all Workshops and Scheduled Meals
- Access to Town Hall and AGM

Workshops

Hearing and Health Expo
Up to 30 booths from companies representing the many areas that affect the everyday lives of hard of hearing people including displaying and demonstrating the latest technology. The trade fair will also include exhibits relating to general areas of wellness and health.
Silent Auction
A Silent Auction will take place at the conference in support of the local CHHA Branch.
