Annual General Meeting June 17 2026

The Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association (CHHA) will be held virtually via ZOOM on the 17th day of June 2026, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (EDT).

All members wishing to participate in the AGM must register for this meeting no later than Sunday, June 14, 2026, by 11:59 pm (PDT).  Please click here to register.

*Each individual CHHA Member is entitled to attend and cast one vote. Members who are unable to attend the meeting may vote by means of electronic proxy. Given this is a virtual meeting, the proxy by default will be the Chair of the meeting, who will act in the manner and to the extent authorized by the proxy.

Proxy forms must be completed online and submitted to the Corporation by 11:59 pm (PDT) on June 14, 2026.
